Lounge

The first floor lounge has comfortable seating for six, TV with Freeview, DVD and video player. A large selection of books and games are available. Access to the balcony is from the lounge.

Kitchen

The fitted breakfast kitchen is fully equipped for six people with table and stools, electric cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and cappuccino maker. The kitchen leads to the utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is rear access to the spacious gardens.

Dining Room

The Dining Room is situated next to the kitchen with table and chairs for six people. An attractive pine staircase leads to the lounge. The ground floor is quarry tiled throughout.

Bedrooms

The two upstairs bedrooms are comfortably furnished, the first offering twin beds whilst the second has a double bed. A further double room is situated on the ground floor. A cot is also available.

Bathrooms

Upstairs, a spacious family bathroom is fitted with handbasin, bath, WC and bidet. Downstairs, adjoining the double bedroom, is a shower room with WC and handbasin.

Balcony & Gardens

The large balcony is situated to the west of the house with views across the fields and hills. Patio furniture and sun umbrella are provided. To the rear of the property there is approximately an acre of grounds. A mixture of mature trees line an undulating lawned area. Lots of outdoor games can be catered for and there are two large goals, a wooden wendy house, badminton nets, swings and a wooden play area.
